This paper offers three easy-to-use metaphor-less optimization algorithms proposed by Rao to solve the optimal power flow (OPF) problem. are parameter-less algorithms. As a result, algorithm-specific parameter tuning is not required at all. quality makes these simple use and able various kinds of complex constrained engineering problems. In this paper, main aim OPF problem find values control variables in given electrical network for fuel cost minimization, real losses emission voltage profile improvement, stability enhancement, while all operating constraints satisfied. To demonstrate efficacy algorithms, have been employed standard IEEE test systems (30-bus, 57-bus, 118-bus) The results provided other swarm intelligence (SI)/evolutionary computing (EC)-based published recent literature compared. Based on outcomes, found be robust superior their competitors.
